Cozy stay, excellent breakfast and unbeatable location. Service and information provided is second to none. The owner is very warm and a helpful gentleman. The staff, Wilson, Karthipan and Praveen are really courteous and do the needful for customer delight. Will definitely come back to this place. Rooms and Bathroom can be improved from 80% to 100%.

Good, clean room for a hassle free overnight stay. It is almost next to the bus stop so good location for a transit hotel - and one of the nicer places in that area. However, the location is quite busy and noisy for longer, relaxed stays.

Expensive for the room size and facilities. We booked a suite room for a couple of days. To begin with the suite rooms come with a very small living area with a sofa cum bed and tv and the main bedroom area. The Suite 404 we stayed in, 1. Did not have tv in the living area and the sofa was dirty and mouldy. 2. The fridge provided wasn't working 3. The tv in the main bed are wasn't functional The folks at the reception and room service are very helpful but couldn't do much. When you're charge 7k+ per night at a city like Trichy with mediocre rooms, you feel cheated! To the owner who responds immediately in the review section, I'd recommend working on these items on a very high priority and offer a much better stay for those visiting Vivid.
